Live Global Clouds for Google Earth shows you the current global cloud layer, which is updated every 3 hours. The cloud images are based on maps from GMS, METEOSAT and GOES.
The add-on also includes the option to view clouds at several altitudes with an realistic shadow effect in Google Earth.
